Aurton Ke Liye Ziyaarat E Qubur Ka Hukm


Jis Tarah Mardon Ko Tazkir-E-Aakhirat Ke Liye Ziyarat-E-Qubur Ka Hukm Hai Usi Tarah Aurto Ke Liye Bhi Baaz Shara’it Ke Saath Ziyarat-E-Quboor Jaaiz Hai.
Aurton Ke Liye Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ka Jawaaz Ahadith-E-Nabawi SallAllahu Ta’ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam Aur Sahabiyat RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhunna Ke Ahwaal Se Bhi Saabit Hai.

Awwal To Hum Khul Kar Yeh Bata Ddena Chaahege Ki Hum Mazaraat Par Jaate Hain Na Kee Buton Ke Paas Jaise Ki :
“Hazrat Dawood Bin Saaleh Se Marwi Hai, Woh Bayan Karte Hain Ki Aik Roz Khalifa Marwan Bin Hakam Roza-E-Rasool SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ke Paas Aaya Aur Us Ne Dekha Ki Aik Aadami Huzoor Poor Noor SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ki Qabr-E-Anwar Par Apna Moo’nh Rakhe Huwe Hai.
Marwan Ne Use Kaha :
Kya Too Jaanta Hai Ki To Yah Kya Kar Raha Hai?
Jab Marwan Us Ki Taraf Badha To Dekha Ki Woh Hazrat Aboo Ayyub Ansari RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhu Hain, Unhone Jawab Diya :
Haa’n (Mein Jaanta Hoon Ki Mein Kya Kar Raha Hoo’n), Mein Allah Ta’ala Ke Rasool SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ki Bargaha Me Haazir Huwa Hoo’n Kisi Pat’thar Ke Paas Nahin Aaya.”

Imam Hakim Ne Shaykhayn (Bukhari Wa Muslim) Ki Shara’it Par Sahih Karaar Diya Hai Jab Ki Imam Dhahabi Ne Bhi Ise Sahih Karar Diya Hai.

Aurton Kee Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ke Jawaaz Par Ahadith Aur Aasaar

“Hazrat Anas RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhu Bayan Karte Hain :
Huzoor Nabi-E-Akram SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Aik Aurat Ke Paas Se Guzare Jo Aik Qabr Ke Paas Zaaro Qataar Ro Rahi Thi.
Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ne Farmaya :
Allah Ta’ala Se Daro Aur Sabr Karo.
Us Aurat Ne (Siddat-E-Gham Aur Adam-E-Ta’aruf Ki Wajah Se) Kaha :
Aap Yaha’n Se Chale Jaaye Kyo’n Ki Aap Ko Mujh Jaisi Musibat Nahin Pahunchi Hai.
Woh Khaatun Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ko Pahchaanti Na Thi.
Kisi Ne Use Bataaya Ki Yah To Huzoor Nabi-E-Akram SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Hain.
Woh Aurat (Apni Us Baat Jee Ma’azarat Karne Ka Liye) Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ke Dar-E-Aqdas Par Haazir Huwi.
Us Ne Khidmat Me Haaziri Kee Ijazat Lene Ke Liye Darbaan Nahin Paaya (To Baahar Se Khade Ho Kar) Arz Kiya :
Ya RasoolAllah ﷺ !
Mein Ne Aap Ko Pahchaana Nahin Tha.
Us Kee Is Ma’azarat Talabi Par Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ne Farmaya :
Sadme Ke Mauke Par Sabr Hee Behtar Hai.”

Is Hadith-E-Mubaraka Se Aurton Ke Liye Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ka Jawaaz Saabit Hota Hai Kyo’n Ki Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ne Us Aurat Ko Qabr Par Aane Se Mana Nahin Farnaya Balki Rone Se Mana Farmaya.
Agar Auraton Ko Mutlaqan Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ki Mumaniat Hoti To Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Us Aurat Ko Quboor Par Aane Se Mana Farma Dete.
Is Hadith Kee Sharah Me Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalani (Mutawaffa 852 Hijri) Ne Sahih Bukhari Kee Sharah Fat’h-ul-Bari Me Likha Hai :
“Aurton Ke Liye Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ke Baare Me A’imma Ka Ikhtilaf Hai.
Yeh Bhi Kaha Gaya Hai Ki Aurtein Bhi Umoom-E-Ijaazat me Shaamil Hain.
Yeh Jamhoor A’imma Ka Qaul Hai Aur Is Ka Itlaaq Tab Hai Jab Fitne Ka Andesha Na Ho.
Is Kee Taa’id Imam Bukhari Rehmat-ul-Allahi Ta’ala Alayh Ke Qaaim Kardah Baab Ke Unwaan (باب زيارة القبور) Se Ho Rahi Hai.
Aur Istidalal Us Tarah Hai Ki Huzoor Nabi-E-Akram SallAllahu Ta’ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam Ne Us Khaatoon Ko Qabr Ke Paas Baithne Se Mana Na Farmaya Aur Yeh Shar’I Usool Hai Ki Kisi Amal Par Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam Kee Khaamoshi Bhi Jawaaz Kee Daleel Hai.”

Is Baab Me Hazrat Ibn Abbas Aur Hassan Bin Sabit RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhuma Se Bhi Riwayat Mazkur Hain.
Imam Tirmidhi Farmate Hain Yah Hadith Hasan Sahih Hai.
Baaz Ulama Ke Nazdik Yah Hukm Us Waqt Tha Jab Huzoor Nabi-E-Akram SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ne Ziyarat-E-Quboor Kee Ijazat Nahin Dee Thi.
Jab Aap SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam Ne Ijazat Farma Dee To Yah Ijazat Mardon Aur Aurton Donon Ko Saamil Hai.
Baaz Ulama Farmate Hain Aurton Kee Ziyarat-E-Quboor Kee Mumaniat Is Wajah Se Hai Ki Un Me Sabr Kam Aur Rona Dhona Zyaada Hota Hai.”

Sharh-E-Tirmidhi Allama Abd-ur-Rahman Mubarakpuri Ne Naqal Kiya Hai :
“Tamam Sharhin-E-Hadith Aur Fuqha-E-Kiram Ne Likha Hai Ki Husool-E-Ibrat Aur Tazkir-E-Akhirat Ke Liye Ziyarat-E-Quboor Me Umoom Hai Ya’ni Jis Tarah Mumaniat Aam Thi Usi Tarah Jab Rukhsat Mile To Woh Bhi Aam Hai.
Albatta Aurtein Chunki Besabr Hoti Hain Agar Apne Ksis Karibi Aziz Kee Qabr Par Jaa Kar Us Tarah Noha Kare Jis Se Shariat Ne Mana Kiya Hai Ya Qabristan Me Un Ka Jaana Ba’is-E-Fitna Aur Bepardagi Wa Behaya’i Ka Ba’is Ho, Mahram Saath Na Ho Ya Aisa Ijtema Ho Jaha Ikhtalat-E-Mard-o-Zan Ho To Us Soorat Mein Aurton Ka Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ke Liye Jaana Bila Shuba Mamnua Hai.
Aur Agar Mahram Ke Saath Baparda Qabristan Jaaye Aur Waha’n Ja Kar Duaa Kare, Tazkir-E-Akhirat Saamne Ho To Phir Rukhsat Hai.
Jamhoor Ahnaf Ke Nazdik Rukhsat-E-Ziyarat Mard-o-Zan Donon Ke Liye Hai.”

Jab Daakhil Hoti To Yah Khayal Kar Ke Apni Chaadar (Jise Bataure Burqa’ Odhati Woh) Utaar Deti Ki Yah Mere Shouhar Namdar Aur Walid-E-Girami Hee To Hain
Lekin Jab Hazrat Umar RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhu Ko Un Ke Saath Dafan Kar Diya Gaya To Allah Ki Qasam Mein Umar RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhu Se Haya’ Ki Wajah Se Bagair Kapda Lapete Kabhi Daakhil Na Huwi.”

Aur Aap Ka Aqeeda Bhi Kya Tha Aur Vaise Bhi Zindo Ka Aqeeda Zinda Waala Hee Hoga Aur Murdon Ka Murdon Waala!

Yoo’n Kaha Karo :
Aye Mominon Aur Musalmanon Ke Ghar Waalon !
Tum Par Salamati Ho, Allah Ta’ala Humare Agle Aur Pichhle Logon Par Raham Farmaye Aur Agar Allah Ta’ala Ne Chaaha To Hum Bhi Tumhein Milne Waale Hain.”

“Ahnaaf Ke Nazdik Sahih Qaul Imam Karkhi Wagairah Ka Hai Woh Yeh Ki Ziyarat-E-Quboor Kee Ijaazat Mard Wa Zan Donon Ke Liye Saabit Hai Jis Me Koi Ishkaal Nahin.”

“Siraj Me Likha Hai :
Aurtein Jab Ziyarat-E-Quboor Ka Iraada Kare To Us Se Un ka Maqsad Agar Aah Wa Buka Karna Ho Jaisa Ki Aurton Kee Aadat Hoti Hai To Is Soorat Me Un Ke Liye Ziyaarat Ke Liye Jaana Jaaiz Nahin Aur Aisi Soorat Par Is Sahih Hadith-E-Mubaraka Ki Allah Ziyarat Karne Waali Aurton Par Laanat Farmata Hai, Ka Itlaaq Hoga Aur Agar Ziyarat Se Un ka Maqsad Ibrat Wa Nasihat Haasil Karna Aur Qubooer-E-Saalihin Se Allah Ta’ala Kee Rehmat LKee Talab Aur Husool-E-Barkat Ho Jis Se Shariat Kee Khilaaf Warzi Na Ho To Is Soorat Me Ziyaarat Karne Me Koi Harj Nahin Jab Ki Khawaatin Buddhi Ho, Naujawaan Aurton Ka (Be-Parda) Ziyaarat Ke Liye Jaana Makrooh Hai Jaisa Ki Un Ka Masjid Me Jama’at Ke Saath Namaz Ke Liye Aana Makrooh Hai.
Haasil Kalaam Yeh Hai Ki Aurton Ke Liye Ziyaarat-E-Quboor Kee Rukhsat Tab Hai Jab Is Tariqe Se Ziyaarat-E-Quboor Ko Jaaein Ki Jis Me Fitne Ka Andesha Na Ho Aur Sahih Baat Yah Hai Ki Ziyaarat-E-Quboor Kee Rukhsat Mard Wa Zan Donon Ke Liye Saabit Hai Kyun Ki (Huzoor Nabi-E-Akram SallAllahu Ta’ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam Kee Saahabzaadi) Sayyidah Fatimat-uz-Zahra RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anha Har Juma Ko Hazrat Hamzah RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhu Kee Qabr Kee Ziyaarat Karti Thi Aur Hazrat Aaisha Siddiqua RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anha Apne Bhaai Hazrat Abd-ur-Rehman RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anha Kee Makkah Me Ziyarat Karti Thi.
Yahi Baat Allama Badr-ud-Deen Ayni Rehmat-ul-Allahi Ta’ala Alayh Ne Sharh Sahih Bukhari (Umdat-ul-Qatri) Me Likhi Hai.”

Ab Aap Khud Faisla Kare Ki Jo Log Qabro Pe Jane Ke Liye Rokte Hain Un Hone Ne Kitne Gharon Me Fitna Wa Fasaad Phailaaye Hain Ye Laanat Waali Baat Keh Kar Aur Wahabion Ka Kaam Kitna Aasaan Kar Diya Hain.
Kyun Ki Hum Ahl-E-Sunnat Wa’l Jama’at Ka To Ye Tarika Upar Dee Gayai Ahadithe Mubaraka Se Aurton Ka Ziyarat E Quboor Ka Jawaaz Sabit Ho Chuka Hain. Shayad Yeh Bhi Ho Sakta Hain Ki In Ho Ne Yeh Farman E Rasool ﷺ Na Kabhi Padhe Ya Na Sune Ho Aur Wahabi Kee Hee Baatein Suni Ho Is Wajah Se Aisa Kah Diya

Aur Aik Baat To Tay Hain Ki In Vahabion Ko Jo Log Mazarat Par Fatwe Lagate Rehte Hain Un Ki Aurton Par Lanat Hoti Wagairah Ke Ki Un Ko Un Ko Bughz Hain Awliya Allah Se Un Ko Dushmani Hain Wali Allah Se Warnq Aurtein Bazar Me Bhi Jaati Hain, Shadi-Byaah Me Bhi Jaati Hain Aur Aise Kai Jagahon Par Jaati Hain Jise Hum Sab Jaante Hai Jis Ka Yahan Par Zikr Na Karna Munasib Hain Magar In Dushman-E-Awliya Ka Propaganda Hee Hum Ko Un Se Durr Karna Hain To Is Tarah Alag-Alag Paintarein Aazmaate Rehte Hain….
